Once the installation is complete, EDI provides comprehensive start up support. We test all equipment to ensure that proper connections have been made. EDI will arrange and supervise the training on use, care and maintenance of each piece of equipment by an authorized representative of the manufacturer and provide tutorials for ongoing education. Finally, all warranty documents and service manuals will be collated and presented to provide a comprehensive reference source.
